1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website speedquoteai.com or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and AI Quote Employee, a product of Ruvanox Technology.
2. Description of Service
AI Quote Employee is an AI-powered quoting assistant that reads inbound RFQ emails, calculates dynamic pricing, generates and sends professional quote responses in under 2 minutes, provides automated follow-ups, maintains a full audit trail, and integrates with email providers, CRMs, and data sources.
3. Eligibility
To use AI Quote Employee, you must be at least 18 years old, have legal authority to enter agreements on behalf of your business, use the service for lawful business purposes only, and have authorization to connect the email accounts, CRMs, and data sources you provide.
4. Account Registration and Security
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of credentials, promptly update information, notify us of unauthorized access, and be responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Send spam or unsolicited communications in violation of CAN-SPAM, CASL, or similar laws.
- Connect email accounts or data sources you do not have authorization to use.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
- Use automated scripts outside of provided APIs.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without consent.
- Interfere with or disrupt our service or servers.
- Use the service to violate antitrust or price-fixing laws.
6. Subscription Plans and Payment
6.1 Pricing
- Starter: $750 USD/month
- Growth: $1,500 USD/month
- Scale: $4,000 USD/month
- Enterprise: Custom pricing (contact sales)
All prices in USD, subject to change with notice.
6.2 Free Trial
10-day free trial for new customers. No credit card required. Cancel anytime during trial without charge.
6.3 Billing
Subscriptions billed monthly in advance. Payment processed through Stripe. Failed payments may result in service suspension after grace period. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
6.4 Refunds
No refunds for current billing period upon cancellation. You will not be charged for subsequent periods. Refund requests to alvaro@speedquoteai.com.
6.5 Cancellation
Cancel anytime through account settings or by contacting alvaro@speedquoteai.com. Takes effect at end of current billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content
All content on speedquoteai.com — including logos, software, AI models, methodologies, designs, and documentation — is the property of Ruvanox Technology.
7.2 Your License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AI Quote Employee for internal business purposes.
7.3 Your Data and Content
You retain full ownership of your business data, email content processed, and quote outputs generated. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to deliver the service.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do NOT guarantee acceptance of every quote, specific sales/leads/revenue increases, error-free operation, or compatibility with all systems. You are responsible for reviewing quotes and maintaining guardrails (such as Min Margin % setting).
8.2 Service Provided "As Is"
Service provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
8.3 AI Limitations
You acknowledge AI Quote Employee uses large language models which may occasionally produce incorrect outputs. Margin guardrails and human-in-the-loop features are provided to mitigate risk, but final responsibility for quote accuracy rests with you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Quote Employee and Ruvanox Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; or damages from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Quote Employee and Ruvanox Technology from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, violation of any law or third-party rights, content/data/pricing rules you submit, and quotes generated through your account.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. You may request data export within 30 days. IP, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification provisions survive termination.
12. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Starter, Growth: Best-effort uptime, no formal SLA.
- Scale: 99.9% uptime SLA.
- Enterprise: Custom SLA per individual agreement.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Disputes resolved in Alberta courts unless otherwise required by applicable law.
14. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Quote Employee.
